'Naruto Gaiden' Release Date Set On April 23! Boruto To Lead The Next Generation Of Konoha Ninjas!


"Naruto" fans will finally get the manga continuation they wanted as Masashi Kishimoto's "Naruto" spinoff manga, "Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring" will be unveiled in Shonen Jump on April 23!


According to Mangareader.net, here is the story of the newest "Naruto" spin-off manga.
"'Naruto Gaiden: Nanadaime Hokage to Akairo no Hanatsuzuki' ('Naruto Spinoff: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring Month') is a spin-off sequel mini-series of the 'Naruto' manga and part of the grand master plan of Masashi Kishimoto's 'Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project' ('Naruto's New Era Opening Project'). The mini-series will feature the next generation of ninjas, including Boruto Uzumaki, who is the son of Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village."
Bolt (Boruto), the only son of titular character Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga made his debut on the 700th chapter of the "Naruto Shippuden" manga. Kishimoto previously said that he intends to continue the legacy of his manga just after the conclusion of "Naruto Shippuden."
"I conceived a story in which Bolt and [Sasuke's daughter] Sarada appears," he said. "Sasuke and Sakura also appear."
Aside from the manga spin-off, Bolt (Boruto) will also be getting his own movie entitled "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" which is set for release on August 7, 2015.
Mangaka Masashi Kishimoto will be taking over in writing the movie script, creating character design, and overlooking the production of the film. Hiroyuki Yamashita will be the film director and Ukyō Kodachi will be the assistant scriptwriter."
